Joyce Del Vecchio, M.A., is a consultant, coach and trainer with over twenty-five years of management experience directing at various times the operations, customer service, information technology, and human resources functions for a national financial services firm. She is experienced at working with all organizational levels from the shop floor to the boardroom. Prior to joining Carnes and Associates, Joyce led process improvement initiatives and facility start-up operations, in addition to her line responsibilities. She holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University and is a graduate of Coach University with a diploma in performance coaching.
