What to Expect: Making E-Learning Stick™ Certification

Live Online with Barbara Carnes

Making E-Learning Stick™ certification programs are facilitated by Barbara Carnes personally. The online certification is live. You should plan to attend the programs at the scheduled times so that you can participate in the interactive sections and gain the most benefit from your investment. If however you are not able to attend, session recordings will be available for 30 days after the session.

Course Materials

This course includes:

• Live online sessions via the internet
• Downloadable pdf course manual
• Downloadable pre-work packet 
• Homework between sessions

Copies of the slides used in the presentation will not be made available.  Session recordings will be available for a 30 day period after each session only.

Audio/Visual Requirements

The visual portion of the program is accessed using a high-speed internet connection.

Sound can be accessed in two ways: via telephone with a toll number for many parts of the world, or via VoIP (sound over your computer).

• Sound via phone is more clear and reliable if it is available in your area.

• Sound over the computer is free; it tends to have more interruptions that are inherent to the internet.

• A computer headset is highly recommended if you opt to access sound over your computer.

Interaction During the Course

If technically possible, the interaction during our online certification is 50% verbal, 50% via chat by typing responses to questions into a window on the screen. This allows all participants to share their views and ideas. There are also polling questions throughout the course. Due to issues such as background noise and sound volume, verbal discussions may need to be kept to a minimum.

Credentials Earned

Participants in the Making E-Learning Stick™ Training Transfer certification program will earn the right to say they are certified. In addition you have the right to use the copyrighted and authentic Making E-Learning Stick™ materials contained in the course manual within your own organization. You may also duplicate and share the materials with other employees of your organization, and informally teach others in your organization the key principles and concepts.

If you are an independent consultant or work with clients outside your own company, your certification entitles you to use the Making E-Learning Stick ethods and materials in your work but you may not teach or distribute course materials to clients.

Making E-Learning Stick™ Training Transfer certified individuals may use the materials but may not certify others in these processes. Only participants in our certification can be Making E-Learning Stick™ certified.

Registration

Every individual who plans to watch or participate in this program must be registered.  If more than two participants from your organization plan to attend you may take advantage of the group registration options and save 25%.

Missed Sessions

Participants must be present for at least one of the live sessions to earn their certification.  If a session must be missed, a recording can be requested that is viewable for 30 days after the session is held. If a registrant must reschedule and attend a later course, a $100 rebooking fee will apply.  A substitute may be sent in place of the original registrant at no additional charge.
