Barbara conducted two half-days of professional development for our training staff recently.  I was very pleased with both the content and the facilitation.  She prepared activities and content that was very relevant for our department, and her informal, conversation style immediately engaged the trainers.  We can’t wait for her to return to facilitate discussion of her new book!
